1. Register your return with a form at the customer service ( after pressing the link, scroll all the way down for mobile users ) or you can email email@example.com or in your account you can make an return request, don't forget to mention your full name and the invoice number and any reason for the return.
You do not have to wait for a confirmation, you can now immediately send the package. After reporting the return you have another 14 days to return the product. In total you have 1 month after receiving the time to return the product (2 weeks to report return and 2 weeks to send return).
2. Return the product or products unused and undamaged in the original packaging with labels returned. If it concerns an offer that includes a free product, this free product must also be returned under the same conditions.
3. Enter a copy of the invoice. If you fail to enclose a copy, there is a chance that the processing of the return will be considerably delayed. On the copy invoice, tick the relevant product (s).
4. Prevent damage and take good care of the product. We will not return any products that have been damaged during return transport due to insufficient or inadequate packaging. This at the discretion of Livv Lifestyle.
5. The shipping costs for returning for countries outside the Netherlands are at the expense of the customer. After receiving the package in the Livv Lifestyle warehouse you will receive the entire invoice amount when returning the entire order, this includes shipping costs. Damage / wrong product
